## Agreement

By using this site or requesting our apartment-locating services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

## Who we are

No Credit Check Apartments is a DBA of Intell Realty LLC, a Texas real estate brokerage licensed under TREC #9006179 and a member of the National Association of Apartment Locators (NAAL).

## Our services

We match Texas renters with credit or background screening issues to apartment communities that will approve them. We cover Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, plus surrounding suburbs. The service is 100% free to renters. Apartment communities pay us a referral fee when a renter we refer signs a lease.

## What we don't do

We are not a guarantor company. We do not lend money. We do not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee approval at any specific community — we match you to communities whose screening policies fit your profile, but the ultimate approval decision belongs to each property manager. We do not provide advice on hiding, falsifying, or misrepresenting screening information; we always recommend truthful applications.

## Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your credit, rental history, criminal record, and income. Providing false information may result in denied applications, forfeited application fees, and potential legal consequences. You are responsible for standard application and administrative fees charged by individual apartment communities.

## Not an insurance policy

Nothing on this site is a promise or warranty of approval. Property managers change their screening policies without notice. Communities we know as flexible today may change tomorrow. We do our best to keep our knowledge current, but final approval decisions are outside our control.

## Content on this site

All content — including guides, blog posts, and service pages — is for informational purposes. It's based on 15+ years of Texas apartment-locating experience, but individual situations vary.
